Fresh Start

Finally, I've started college. It's sort of my fresh start, the beginning of something new, the next stage in life. I just finished my third week of my freshman year and it's been pretty interesting so far. From the people to the environment of college, I've learned to always expect something new. Anyways...the weather has been RIDICULOUS so far. 80 degrees and sunny one day then 60 degrees and rainy the next. I never know what to wear! I know in certain places the weather can pretty much be predictable to the point where you can plan out outfits ahead of time for each day. However, for those of you with flip-flop weather like where I am, here are a couple of tips:

#1-Check the Forecast
Whether it's the night before or the morning of, always check your local news station for the weather report. Temperatures and rain reports have a lot of impact on the way we dress for the rest of the day.

#2-Layers, Layers, Layers!
When you wake up in the morning for those early classes, and there's going to be cool temperatures outside, wear your favorite cardigan or sweater over your t-shirt. Once you go on with your day and the air gets warmer it's easier to shed the layers than if you were to wear a long-sleeved shirt.

Hopefully this is helpful to you all that have problems dressing appropriately with the weather.
