I just realized that I always say that I love to read...but I never get around to the actual reading part! 9 out of the 12 months of the year, my main focus is on school, and the three months that I have "off", I'm working for two internships! Needless to say, I'm going to make that effort to pick up a few books to read this summer and hopefully make this a habit to follow the rest of the year.
First on my list is The Hunger Games. Ever since I saw the movie in theatres, I have been in love with the story and went straight to Barnes & Noble to pick up a copy. I'll probably read the rest of the series because I have this thing about completing a series, whether it's books or TV shows.
Another random book that's on my list is Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man. I saw this movie with some friends while I was away at college and they decided to start a book discussion over the topics in the book. This should be interesting.
So, this is the start of my reading journey. Recommendations are always welcome =)
